Our Research & Development team is headed by Scientist Dr. Ramkumar Natarajan who was a key member of the scientific team involved in the invention and patenting of underlying ceramic technology in USA National Argonne laboratory and was involved in the development of these products in the USA. Our team is continuously researching on inventing path-breaking and innovative technology in the field of construction materials. At present, our team had invented more than 10 indigenous technologies in the field of alternative binders, high strength cementitious material and additives for enhancement of currently available cements.

BIND – Green Cement using 94% GGBFS
Properties: Contains 94% GGBFS and 6% proprietary chemicals, Confirms to OPC 43 grade cement, Off white in color, In collaboration with Tata Steel Limited, Same Cost as Portland cement.
Benefits: Increased Durability, Reduced heat of Hydration – Less cracks, increased sulphate resistance – Ideal for marine structures, Decreased Environmental Impact.
Manufacturing Process: Via simple powder blending process.
Application: Paver Blocks, Kerb Stones, Partition Wall Blocks.
I crete – Patent pending concrete additive
Properties: Chemically engineered concrete additive as per ASTM 1797, Added during concreting, Percentage loading varies depending on the grade of concrete.
Benefits: Optimize the use of cementitious material, Increase the durability of concrete, Maximize Profit.

EZYPLAST - Patent pending plaster additive
Properties: Cement plaster additive, used @ 1% by weight of cement, added at site during plastering.
Benefits: Helps in easy application of plaster, Conserves 90% of water used for curing, reduces shrinkage and cracking, increases the bond strength and reduces rebound loss, gives smooth finish to plastered surface.

Properties: Cement additive added during cement manufacturing that reacts with intermediate phases of cement to increase the early strength.

Properties: Inorganic polymer based anti corrosive primer, Water based coating, Consists of Powder + Liquid, Passes ASTM B 117 test.
Benefits: Non hazardous, Easy to build thickness / sets in 2 hours, Fire resistant.
Mechanism: Not just a physical barrier coating. It works on the principle of sacrificial anode.

SLAGCEM – Patent pending Clinker & Gypsum Free Slag Cement
Properties: Clinker Free, Gypsum Free, Contains more than 85% GGBFS, Complies to ASTM C 1157.
Benefits: Increased Durability, Improved aesthetics (Off white in color), Higher resistance to sulphate and chloride attack, More impermeable to water
Mechanism: The binding phase of SlagCem is formed at room temperature by reactions between various metal oxides and phosphosilicates under alkaline conditions yielding stronger Si-OP-Al-O bonds.
Application: SlagCem’s unique and improved properties gives broad access to the market of precast and ready mix concrete especially in the high quality, highly corrosive and premium segment.

Invention Background
- Limestone quarries are depleting at an alarming rate and by the year 2050, the world will need alternative resources for cement and concrete and thus it is the right time to enter and explore the market.
- Depleting quality raw materials, increasing energy cost and pressure on emission reduction leads to an urgent need to develop for alternate and sustainable technologies across the globe which are going to be the driving factor of the future business.
- Rapid industrialization generates more and more byproducts which need to be effectively utilized.
Approvals
- Addition of our products in Basic Schedule of Rates (BSR) - Buildings of Public Works Departments, Rajasthan is at an advanced stage. We had already performed the successful trials at various locations and had delivered the product presentation before the authorities.
- Addition of our products (INSTACEM and GEOKRETE CR) in the listing of Indian Road Congress (IRC) is at an initial stage. We are yet to perform the trials.
- A patent pending clinker and gypsum free green cement technology containing more than 85% Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) activated by proprietary chemicals is validated by Tata Steel Limited. We had done joint research on the use of GGBFS.
- Bureau of Indian Standard had issued the guidelines for the use of Alkali Activated Concrete for Precast Products as per IS 17452:2020. Thus, we can use our product BIND for production of paver blocks, kerb stones, and other unreinforced precast blocks up to M40 grade.
- Our R&D head had presented the abstract of his research papers at various national and international forums.
- The research papers of our R&D head are published in various National and International Journals.
