Privacy Policy

Navoday Sciences Private Limited (“Navoday Sciences”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information when you visit https://www.navodaysciences.co.in/, submit an enquiry through the Website, or communicate with us in connection with a Website enquiry.

Navoday Sciences is primarily engaged in research and development and the development of patented technologies. Products based on these technologies may be manufactured, marketed or supplied by subsidiaries or group companies. This Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and other applicable notices published on the Website.

1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and the information contained in your enquiry or message. You should avoid including personal information that is not necessary for us to respond.

The Website, hosting infrastructure or related systems may also generate basic technical information required for operation, security and maintenance, such as IP address, browser or device information, date and time of access and technical logs, to the extent generated by the systems used.

Enquiry information is primarily collected directly from you, received by the Navoday Sciences team through our official email address, and may be recorded in our customer relationship management (CRM) system for enquiry management and follow-up.

2. How We Use and Process Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • receive, review, respond to and follow up on your enquiry;
  • understand your requirement and provide information about relevant technologies, products, solutions or services;
  • assign or refer the enquiry to an appropriate employee, representative, subsidiary or group company;
  • maintain necessary business, communication and regulatory records;
  • operate, secure and improve our Website, systems and enquiry-management process;
  • prevent misuse, fraud or security incidents; and
  • comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Personal information will be processed only for lawful purposes and, as applicable, on the basis of consent, steps taken at your request, a contractual or business relationship, legal or regulatory obligations, legitimate business, legal or security interests where permitted by law, or another lawful basis. We seek to limit collection and processing to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

3. Enquiry Handling

Website enquiries are ordinarily received at info@navodaysciences.in, may be entered into our CRM system, and may be assigned to an appropriate sales or business representative. The representative may contact you using the information you provided. If your enquiry concerns a product, technology, solution or service handled by a subsidiary or group company, relevant enquiry and contact details may be shared with that entity so it can respond to your requirement.

4. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share it only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including with:

  • subsidiaries or group companies handling the relevant enquiry, product, technology, solution or service;
  • employees, sales representatives and other authorised personnel who need the information to review, assign, respond to or process an enquiry;
  • technology and service providers supporting hosting, cloud, CRM, email, IT, analytics, security or similar infrastructure, including Zoho CRM where used for enquiry management; and
  • courts, government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, investigate suspected unlawful activity or fraud, protect legal rights or protect the security of systems or persons.

We may also share information with another person or entity where you have specifically authorised us to do so. Service providers may process personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

5. Marketing, Cookies and Website Technologies

Information submitted through the Website enquiry form is primarily used to respond to and process your enquiry. Navoday Sciences does not currently use enquiry-form information for unsolicited marketing, promotional communications, behavioural advertising or targeted marketing. If these practices change, this Policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated.

The Website may use cookies, server logs or similar technologies necessary for basic functionality, security, performance or operation. Additional information about cookies or third-party technologies may be provided through appropriate notices or cookie-management mechanisms if applicable.

6. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to websites or services operated by subsidiaries, group companies or other third parties. Navoday Sciences does not control the privacy practices of independent websites. When you leave our Website, the privacy policy and terms of the other website will apply.

7. Data Security and Security Incidents

We take reasonable technical, organisational and administrative measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, loss, destruction and other reasonably foreseeable security risks. Access is intended to be limited to persons who reasonably require the information for business purposes; however, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a data-security incident involving personal information occurs, Navoday Sciences will take measures reasonably appropriate and legally required, which may include investigation, containment, remediation and notification to affected persons or authorities where required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage enquiries, maintain appropriate business records, manage prospective or existing business relationships, resolve disputes, comply with legal, accounting, taxation or regulatory requirements, and establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Information no longer reasonably required will be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law and internal practices.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Withdrawal of Consent

Subject to applicable law and the commencement and applicability of relevant legal provisions, you may have rights to request information about personal data processed by us, seek correction or updating, request erasure where legally applicable, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, raise a grievance and exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity before processing a privacy request, and certain information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting info@navodaysciences.in. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect processing lawfully undertaken before withdrawal. If particular information is necessary to handle an enquiry, withdrawal may affect our ability to continue processing that enquiry.

10. International or Cross-Border Processing

Technology, cloud, CRM, email, hosting or other information-technology service providers used in our operations may process or store information using infrastructure in India or other permitted jurisdictions. Where personal information is processed outside India, we will take reasonable steps to comply with applicable legal requirements relating to such processing or transfer.

11. Applicable Data Protection Framework

This Privacy Policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable Indian laws relating to privacy, data protection, electronic communications and information security, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and applicable amendments, rules, regulations, notifications and directions, in each case to the extent applicable and in force from time to time. A mandatory requirement of applicable law will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with this Policy.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, the Website, information-processing practices, technologies, products, business operations or Website features. The updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date, and material changes may be communicated by other appropriate means where required.
